Transitions directly depend on each individual community's complexity. Usually, turnover con take place in less than 30 days if all information is available.  We have three transition phases.  We have great communication systems to keep owners informed and current during, before and after.  We also use amazing management platforms, so payments and owner balances never miss a beat.  We make it as smooth as possible for the community, vendors and the Board.


We have the ability to send out monthly, quarterly and annual assessment invoices with account history listed on the statement sent by member preference such as mail or email.  We can send out coupons, however we have found members are much more satisfied with being able to see transaction history on statements.  Statements can be paperless if desired by member's preference.  Either way, a copy of statements are always available on member's web portal.  Untimely postal service is not a worry any longer.


Lynnthrove Management uses one account number for each homeowner with separate charges listed on the account.  No need to send in separate check or payments for separate assessments, fees or charges.  For more complicated situations, subledgers can be utilized for multiple assessments.


The member's portal has a current live balance.  Payments processed through the portal are posted to a member's account in just a few minutes.  Payments received through the payment processing center are updated daily.

Yes!  We can help most self-managed communities.  In these cases, Lynnthrove Mangement will offer advanced platforms for less than you think with training.  Services such as web-based record keeping, website requirements, payment systems, communication and accounting services for a minimal fee.  All other management services will be the responsibility of the community or manager.  Of course we can offer other support services as needed.  Please contact us to discuss cost effective options.
